Hello welcome! :) Modulating Mansion is a member driven studio and project space located at 2411 Agricola Street.

Members can reserve our infrastructure by sending an etransfer to modulatingmansion@gmail.com with a note about date and time.

Studio members have 24/7 access to our infrastructure if it is not reserved.

Our Infrastructure:
Music Room: $20 per hour, $15 for studio member
Living Room: $10 per hour, $5 for studio member
Projector: $20 per day

Once a reservation payment has been processed, the members name is put on our calendar. Check the calendar below to see what is happening.

A few member policies

The member's name on the calendar is responsible for the infrastructure and takes on all liabilty.

Members can reschedule their reservation if they give 48-hour notice.

Members are expected to clean up after themselves and return the infrastructure to its proper setup. If a member is unable to clean up (ex. after an event) they can pay an additional $20. This is used to pay another member to mop and clean up.

Members are encouraged to help guide our organization and get involved with the maintenance and development of our infrastructure.
